Pearl Expert Internal UPS.

Hi there.

In the manual on page 21, It says that it is possible to mount an internal UPS.

Is this possible now or is this possible in the future??

We have an internal UPS which is currently fitted as standard in the Sapphire Touch. I believe the intention is to make this available as an upgrade to the Pearl Expert and Tiger Touch at some point but I'm not sure when that might be.

In the meantime you can use an external UPS to protect against power loss. Please use the indicators on the UPS device to alert you to power problems as you will not get the same power loss indication in the software.
