Pearl Tiger issue

Hi.
I have recently changed battery on my boris3 board, and now the console ask for a licence file. I don`t have this because I bought the console used from another company here in Norway. How can I get a new licence file?
I have i big show coming up in a few days, so it`s very urgent!
