Is my Titan Mobile has problem?

Hi ,
I have new Titan Mobile run V5 and it can not access to system menu. I want to find the trigger menu to add my padkontrol. I tried press hold Avo + Disk but it only show in my laptop's screen : newshow, loadshow , saveshow and one option(don't remember). I tried to restart but it still didn't access to the system menu.
How can i solve that?

The shift key should be immediately underneath the grey 'group' key. I remember someone else had a similar problem where the shift key was in the wrong place. If this has happened you can swap the keys by carefully levering off and moving.

Is the Avo key working at all? Maybe the key had a mechanical issue.

Quick workaround: the shortkey on the Notebook keyboard: Alt+Shift+S

Yeah Nick, you're right, once I had a Mobile where Shift was swapped with Set immediately underneath. Just replacing the key caps did the trick.
