Problem with Pearl simulator and Pearl 2010

Hello fellow tecs.

I have got my pearl 2004 updated to Usb and2010 by my dealer
But now when i have saved my patch's from home (pearl 2004 simulator)
on a usb stick and want to upload it on my console it cannot complete the upload.

is it because it is the paerl 2004 software i have saved with ? if it is is there a 2010 software to a PC so i don't need to start up the console to patch a job from home, this question allso goes on the pearl expert.
