Is it possible to rotate all a fixtures programming by 90 Degrees?
Like it is possible to flip the tilt in fixture options if you get to a site you have pre-programmed and the light has been rigged in the opposite direction (LCD/Cables/Arrow to the back instead of to the front, or vice versa. It would be nice to add/rotate the pan the fixture by 90/180/270 Degrees if the light was rigged LCD/Cable/Arrow to the side instead of front or back.
e.g. Robe fixtures home to the side if LCD is to the front or back, so I always rig them with LCD to Stage Right if I am there for load-in… but some companies rig them to the front or back, and then it becomes a long process to add or subtract 16.6 degrees from each position pallet. Recently it took almost two hours with a rig with 32 fixtures and 16 position pallets to update each (that’s 32x16=512 position updates even using pallets).
Is this already possible, or is it on the wish list?

Well, I'm not sure there is too much calculating to do. most moving heads have a 540 degree pan. Converted to percentage, thats 16.6%. I was able to add or subtract 16.6 percent to about half of the positions to get them correct. others, like the Fan positions, I had to recall the "base" position I had begun with, then add 16.6%, then re-fan in/out
Well, it's not possible at the moment but it would certainly be useful. As Sebastian points out such a feature ideally requires having the correct physical information which in turn depends on whether it is available from a manufacturer, but perhaps an approximation would suffice.
Do you know if any consoles have this function?

I believe the hog3 pc has a similar function.
I worked on a show with UB40 where their operator brought along a hog3pc and wings. The original show had been wyged with VL and Martin fixtures. But onsite we had them replaced with similar robe fixtures. He was able to fixture exchange, and I believe he mentioned something about having to rotate most of the fixtures by 90 degrees.
So I think he did do it with hog3, but I could be mistaken.
