Pearl 2008 VGA not working

The monitor had scrambled image at start up. I tried re-seating the VGA cable, but now there is no image on the monitor. I have tried 2 other monitors, no image. I've tried re-seating the video card as well. Do I need a new one? Can I get a video card at a local electronics supply?

I have a good idea what your problem is. My VGA went into scrambled pixel mode three days ago. I fixed it. There is (most likely) a jumper wire on your VGA card that needs resoldering. Please PM me with a picture of your video card.
