Hi, this is an idea that i've used on other shows with other desks, i generally implement it using macros but it is slow. If you could record looks which consisted of live palletes....
The basic idea is the looks saved are palletes rather than cues. E.g. you have a stack of looks on a playback, the looks consist of palletes(pos, col, beam) that go live into the programmer when activated, the palettes of each type can have their own fade time. This is in effect a very handy system for busking as you can store a red yellow look for instance but if you've busked the last number you can smoothly go to the new red / yellow look without pressing clear / having things jump to a position. You can change positions etc during the number and when it comes to the next number, you press go on the look stack and again you smoothly transfer to next look and can busk away
Tis but an idea!
