chase running LED blinks

I have a problem with Azure shadow, when the console in turn sometimes chase running LED blinks. and on the LCD monitor does not come out just writing spots.
when the power is off and on again sometimes can be normal, but when an hour later the problem came back, sometimes reset and hold.
I suspect with a white ribbon cable that connects the DB between the motherboard and keyboard.

whether there might be problems in the cable?

notes:
problematic when the keypad is not working, when I open the board, returned to normal and when I put the cap back problem came back.

please provide me a solution for my problem could be resolved.
