Titan Mobile software - hardware requirements

Postby Billyserious » 16 Mar 2011, 00:13

Hello all,

Im looking at options on how I want to set up my titan mobile, the main thing is getting a touch interface.

Can I pull off the titan software on a Small Form Factor comp, with 2g of RAM and minimal video?

Or is the software involved enough to need a better system.

Id like to get the console, touch screen, and comp in a small roadcase, all in one, and keep the computer as small as possible.

You shouldn't need anything particularly fancy. The consoles currently only have 1gb of ram, relatively low speed dual core processing and no separate video. Anything more won't hurt, especially processing speed, but is not necessary.

An official minimum spec would be useful. I'm not sure if there is one at the moment?

That image link didnt work, Id love to see your setup,

I was either going to get a touchsmart style all in one, or get a something small like the inspiron zino

http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-zino-hd-410/pd

if that would work, I could just strap a switch and PSU together, and try to make it roadworthy, and keep a high end laptop for Light Converse and Wyg.
