how do i get the file?
My console is not working please help

here or here. I believe the executable contains everything including operating system. Make sure you use the correct one. Installing 2004 OS on 2008/2010/Tiger will mean Usb will stop working and be awkward to fix.

I suggest you call 24hr support on +44 (0)7831 17 8888 to check this is the solution to your problem first.

thanks a lot but, i need the prlavos.dat file and its not available anywhere on there website any idea where i can get it

Are you sure? It's been a long time since I've used them but I am reasonably confident the executable contains all the files required, including the OS (prlavos.dat).

That is certainly implied here.
