Locking the expert titan

Postby SL » 09 Nov 2010, 23:33

Hi,

Last weekend i`ve got a call from an other job, with a question. The operator there wanted to lock the desk, when he`s not at FOH... They searched with 3 people, but could not find it.

Does somebody know where it is?

I agree it is not as secure as a dedicated lock, but it stops something being accidentally knocked or someone trying a fader out of curiosity.

However, I do think the chances of a person deliberately wiping the console or anything else serious are very low. I've never had any trouble. If this really is a concern then I'd be more interested in improving the security of the area since there are plenty of other things that could happen and there is a limit as to how far you can protect in software/hardware.

sure, but I would consider a total temporary freeze of the console by a password in future Titan wishlist...
