can't select and run shapes on Pearl2004

Hello,
I've got a strange problem on my desk.
When I select some fixtures and go to the Shape menu, the following message appears (although NO shapes are selected at this moment!):



The "playback a shape" button doesn't respond and I can't go to the submenu. I guess I'm doing something wrong.
How to solve this?

Maybe you've not got a shape file loaded for some reason?

Download any of the standard personality disks onto a floppy. Place in the console, turn key to system, [utilities],[load shape file].
Reset console and try again.

I've solved the problem. I've loaded a new version of operating system and now everything works
