Hello!
I had a strange behavior of playbacks containing shapes yesterday.
First thing:
I had 2 playbacks with one shape on each playback - 1st was LED 'dimmer spread' shape for 60 'RGB+Virtual dimmer' fixtures, 2nd - green color shape for same 60 LED fixtures. Both playbacks had 'fixed shape size' and 'speed on fader'. When I programmed them, everything was fine and rising both playbacks at same time caused both playbacks running normally. After few minutes of programming, I noticed that now rising both playbacks at same time results in no output at all - LEDs went off the moment I raised both playbacks and even selecting them and using pallets or wheels didn't give any results. Lowering playbacks gave back control over those fixtures. Firing one playback at a time worked fine. I restarted console and problem was gone.
Second:
I had I playback with 'Dimmer Spread' for 14 movers ('fixed shape size' and 'speed on fader'). It was working fine till suddenly I wasn't able to turn it off - lovering fader stopped shape, but fixture dimmer levels left as they were. I tried OFF > playback swop button - no results. Rising fader again resulted in shape continuing to run from place it was stopped at. I found that I can overcome this by setting shape 'size on fader', rising fader, then lowering it.
I have done ~10 different events with new software and haven't noticed any problems before this. Only cause I can think of is fact that I used blocking shapes for the first time - i had one playback with 'Block All' shape for 6 fixtures (none of them in problematic playbacks).

We are aware of this bug and have been trying to fix it for the next release. There are some improvements that we have already made to the next version but any more information on how to reproduce it would be useful.
Can you please send your showfile to sim@avolites.com and I will take a look at it.
Thanks
