Inserting new personality files

Hi

Anyone who can tell me a little thing, probably a very basic one:
I have got a personality file for some of my moving lights that are not already in the manufacture list. I copied it onto a USB-pen, and then I wonder how I load it into the Pearl Expert Titan?

I tried to open the local disk/program files/avolite/personality files -folder, and then I copied the file there. But I still can't find it in the table by simply check the manufacture list. What have I done wrong?

I don't totally get the windows computer but also a lighting desk thing yet:P

FOR .D4 (Titan personalities):

The personality will need to be copied to the folder C:\Program Files\Avolites\Titan\FixtureLibrary and the software restarted for the change to take effect.

Yeah, I've done that now, and it still doesn't work..

Any other things that I could have done wrong?

You must restart the software before any new fixtures are seen.

Does it definitely have the .d4 extension? Where did the file come from?
