Our customer responsed that Pearl 2004 with V1 softwore usually come to stop at random. Why this happened? Some of our customers want to use back the old software. It seems not possible to download the old software into the current Pearl 2004(series no 3467-3471) with V1 software. How can we solve this problem? Thanks!
Could you please expand on what you mean by "stop at random" or even send me a show file with any problems described.
We have considerable contact with customers using this software and no one has ever discribed something similar to the problem you are having. Obviously we are very interested to solve the particular problem you are having but I can not do this without more information.
Most problems we have had reported to us usually involve customers using shows from the old software version or have not followed the upgrade instructions correctly. Could either of these be your problem?
