Titan Preset Master problem

Yesterday I noticed that preset master on our expert doesn't work - it doesn't effect level of preset fader output. Is this software or hardware related? We are using titan 2.0.

Not aware of any problems. Open Usb Console and see if it reads the fader movement.

My mistake - in hurry I forgot that those were actually cues stored in preset faders rather than actual dimmer chanels so they were affected only by program master fader. I normally store only dimmer cues there so that made confusion.
