store items on playbackfaders Pearl 2008 fails!

Hello,

I have a question about a pearl 2008 console.
Our compagny is using 2 pearl 2008 consoles and they worked fine.
Now one console does have a problem and I can't solve it out.

When I want to store a memory or a cue on the playbackfaders. I can't store them. The LED's are flashing on the free playbackfaders, But when I push them. The chase / memorie won't be stored.

I've tried to change a flatcable from the other console but that doesn't solve it. Also a hard wipe all but that didn't work eighter.

Does someone have a solution. We need the consoles this weekend.

Sorry, this is probably too late. I have been away on shows.

Do the buttons work at all? Test in diagnostics.
