Remove Fixtures from a Memory - Pearl 2004

Hey all.... I think I am doing something wrong.... I am trying to remove 2 fixtures from a memory using OFF. I activate the memory, select the fixtures, press OFF, press softkey A, press MEMORY, press the desired SWOP button for the memory I am wanting to alter.
Nothing happens OR the entire memory goes out.

Am I missing something? Any help would be appreicated....

I am trying to get this software version... I am in Las Vegas and the console is in Detroit. So am I to assumethat the correct procedure is being used and it may be a software issue?

Just got the word... the console is running software V 1.2.2.

Got it.... Spoke with Steve in the Tenn office and he got us set. It had to do with the shape generator.... all is good. Thanks for the help!
