Hi everyone - new user here. I was recently hired and inherited a Pearl Tiger (software v1.1) that has been programmed with various memories and chases used to light bands at a casino. When I select my group of 10 Chauvet Qspot 300s and hit 'lamp on' macro, all units move to an identical pan/tilt position and show a prism purple splash gobo - even with the grandmaster down! I tried 'locate fixtures' before lamping on but same problem occurs. I can't figure out where the information the units are recieving is coming from. Once I bring up a show memory, all units jump into proper place and function normally for the show.
Also at the end of the night, after locating fixtures to open white, I hit 'lamp off' and they all go to an identical pan/tilt position but with a different orange gobo that shakes, and I have to repeat the 'ML menu'/'Macro'/'lamp off' sequence three times to get them to douse.
There are 4 DMX lines used, one for each truss in the room. There were no DMX terminations during programming or the first few months of operation, when I was hired I bought them and hoped that would help but does not seem to have made any difference.
Any advice or similar quirks encountered by anyone?
Pearl Tiger lamp on/off macro quirks

Most likely cause is fixtures are in a different mode to patch. 15 & 13 ch have control on channel 6 and tilt low on channel 4. 12ch has control on channel 4 and prism on channel 6.
Personality file matches information in fixture manual and only data on control attribute is affected by macro function.
If patched fixture is correct then you can try to manually operate lamp on/off by inputting numeric 134 (on) or 234 (off) for three seconds - you may need to toggle input to [0..255] within the numeric menu for raw data. The fixture manual does not dictate any other instruction for this function.
