2004 & 2008 Personality

There are separted links for 2004 & 2008 personalities.
Is there any differences? They seem same.
Would it be ok to use 2004 personlity on 2008 desk?
Also, is it ok if I use 2008 Copy program with 2004 personality? (Does Copy2008 program make 2004 personality into 2008 one?)

.r20 personalities are all the same as far as I'm aware. I see no reason why you can't use. Surely exactly the same fixtures are listed for both consoles anyway?

The copy program just creates the correct directory structure for usb so you can use this too.

I was just curious and had doubt whether there was a difference.
On the website (http://www.avolitesdownload.com/Persona ... efault.asp), there are Desk options such as Pearl2000/2004 and Pearl2008/Tiger in separate, so I was confused.
.R20 files work all same, right?

I understood your confusion. But I don't know why they are listed separately either. It might just be so users know where to look. If I'm wrong and there is another reason then hopefully fixture support will correct me.
