Had recently following problem. Made the patch for the ROBE At250 and could not open de shutter/dimmer, made dimmer patch and was able to open shutter/dimmer. So is the configuration wrong? Is the personalilty wrong? Should have used the xt250 personality?
Have no acces now to this fixture, but customer was not very happy.
And thats what we dont want

Which Robe 250 AT fixture? There is more than one. And which mode? Did mode match setting on fixture?
