No DMX Output from Old Pearl

I had written about upgrading the old Pearl (1996 version).
We have tried to upgrade it but failed.
Furthermore, it doesn't give out DMX at all without changing anything.
So how can we solve this problem?
Should we take a picture of the board and send it to you, then could you check what is wrong?
We already asked out distributor to fix the problem but they said they didn't find out what caused the problem.
Please help.

Hi guys if i may introduce my self,my name is Steve and im one of the happy dudes here at Avolites .To help you out,firstly ill need the serial number of the console.that would help me LOTS.The next step would be, let me know what softwere version you have? Have we ever had the desk here for servicing and such? Did you get in contact with the guys in support? I have mentioned it too them and they will help you out if you get i contact with them.
