how do i renew my azure lisenced ? anyone please give me some clues...

If anybody needs a new licence, send an email with your Azure console's 4 digits Serial Number at Avolites and we will get back to you with a Serial Number as soon as possible.

i dont understand, at the monitor displayed that azure 2000 only had 3 digits number not 4 ??

Don't panic. Just send the number you have. I think it should be on the back of the console.

i did, and im waiting for the great news. in the backside of the console and from the monitor is 3 digits.

hi there,3 digits is not strange, the console might be an older one. I also have an Azure with 3 digits serial shown on the monitor. And what type of error msg. Are you getting on your screen ?.

on scrren on the left side at the bottom, got something with memory counter from 0 to 100% and after sometime displaying on the screen " A: Abort" like that. and then after 5 or 10 minutes like hand, i cant touch anything, freeze. in other ways i have to wait and then i can controll again but if this happen reapetly i have to push reset button...

Sounds like you might have faulty power supply. Standard PC supplies are suitable as replacement. But you probably should discuss this by email with service first if you haven't already.
