Quartz missing USB Auxiliary Panel

using Quartz
after installing V18 from v17
the side keys A-G keys are not working

there was an error on the usb update process , and i didnt capture the error , pressed retry a few times and eventually it passed
but now the Auxiliary Panel 1 Panel is not showing in the USB Expert
and the side keys are not working...
everything else seems fine

any one knows any thing ?

It looks like you have already opened a Help Desk ticket regarding this. To avoid confusion it may be best to continue with that.

Help Desk is almost certainly the best and fastest way for this as it looks like it is hardware related. I believe you have been contacted by support already.

Same issue after updating my Quartz to v18. Panel update failed on the Auxiliary panel and now has disappeared and isn't functioning. Tried Repair USB Drivers in USB Expert. Was there somewhere else to update drivers? Aux panel doesn't show up in Device Manager either
