Diamond 4 ACDI output

Hey.

Have been investigating the ACDI output you can get from the D4 desk, and i have the latest version of the software available currently. I can get values of channels 1 to 511 ( on all the lines ) happily, but channel 512 on each line doesnt seem to send anything out ( as in you only get 511 channels sent out, rather than 512, but the last is stuck at 0). Its like DMX511 :-p!

Is this a known thing, or am i being a bit stupid somewhere?

Not knowing anything about the D4 or ACDI, it's quite possible that they are using only 9bits, which would give the possibility of 0-511 (instead of 1-512). Might be worth checking out, but I might be totally wrong as well
