Fixture List problems

I have installed the Avolites Titan PC Suite on my Windows 7 PC.
When I run the Quartz Simulator and try to patch a fixture there are no fixtures displayed to choose from.

I can see that in the Program Files structure C:\Program Files (x86)\Avolites\Titan\FixtureLibrary there is a lot of .dl4 files

I have completely uninstalled the software, removed folder left behind in the Documents folder rebooted and re-installed, I have also downloaded and installed the Titan Fixture Library.

Any help appreciated.

It is possible that a faulty custom personality could cause this. If there are any files in My Documents\Titan\Personalities try deleting them (or move them somewhere else if you need them).

If that doesn't help does it allow you to patch a dimmer ok?

I have no files in the My Documents\Titan\Personalities location.

I just tried to patch a dimmer and it does not allow me to do this. I get an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle behind the Address =1 button.

There is nothing programmed or patched as it is a fresh install.

I believe Grant resolved this issue by creating a new user login on his machine.
