Error creating BIOS update usb stick

Hi.

When running "Avolites BIOS Update Creator 2.0.exe" into a empty usb stick I get an "error 2".
What am I doing wrong?
I'm using Windows 10.
Tried 2 different usb sticks.

Found a solution, I think.
I've installed a virtual machine of Windows 7 on VirtualBox, run "Avolites BIOS Update Creator 2.0.exe" and it did ok.
The problem might be Windows 10, I've tried on other windows 10 laptop and it also gave the "error 2".
