Tiger Touch2 Feder wing

I am using Tiger touch2 and Fader wing.
I loaded the old show data, but it will not be reflected in the fader wing.
There is no problem with version compatibility.
The newly created data is fine.
What is the cause?

Do you mean that you have a show which had playbacks etc. recorded to the fader wing however now they do not appear when you load the show? If that is the case do these playbacks still appear in the Show Library and under what heading? The Tiger Touch Fader Wing can be set as left or right side with each of these being a different set of 30 faders so a playback recorded on the wing when it is set to left will not appear when it is set to the right.
