Hi , I have now a used TT from my friend in Singapore, it is currently running V9.1 , can I upgrade it to V10 , if not, why ?
One more thing with my TT V9.1 the DMX outputs 1and 2 are not sending the Dmx signals out but some time when I press the RESET button it’s works for a while then it becomes dead again , it’s a hardware problem or software issue, while Dmx output 3 and 4 are fine . Any suggestions please reply .

Re: Version 10 on old TT consoles
To run version 10 and above the console will require the Pro hardware upgrade including motherboard, UPS, SSD and 4GB RAM. You can check whether the motherboard has been upgraded by counting the number of Ethernet/network ports on the back as all Pro motherboards have 2, memory can be viewed by going to Tools > Control Panel > More and selecting System. When you run the v10 recovery stick it will check the hardware requirements before it installs.
There are two DMX panels each with a pair of ports so ports 1 and 2 would be on the same panel. For starters check that all the USB cables inside the console are firmly connected and open up USB Expert Console to check if any errors are shown. For further assistance contact your local distributor or the Avolites hardware support.
