Avolites Pearl 2008 - URGENT! Color Palette problem!

Hello,

I'm about to run a show and I'm farely new to Avolites, and we only use Beams and Wash's, the old LD had the board setup so that a color palette would change the color for either the Beam or Wash, the color values do not match so, I can't just select all fixtures and change the color wheel, how do I make this back to a palette affecting both fixture types color wise even though the color values dont matchup.

You should be able to record values for the two types of fixtures into the same palette. So select fixture type 1, set colour, record palette (double-tap to merge), select fixture type 2 and repeat.

Sorry, but I didn't understand the double tap part, so, I select fix1 set the color to , for instance, red, store the palette into a flash, than, select red on the other fixture and hit, store palette and doubletap the flash where the previous one was?

Yes. Sounds about right to me. Save the show if you're worried then try it. If there's a problem just reload the original show.
