Button next to "Locate"

I am sorry if this came up in previous posts already but this is a question that I tried to answer myself but is unsuccessful and it is REALLLLLLY bugging me . WHAT IS THE BLANK BUTTON NEXT TO LOCATE????. Its everywhere! (on the Arena, on the Tiger touch, Its NOT on the Quarts and mobile....ITS EVEN ON THE TITAN 1???)
