Dongle not found ?

Hi , one of my friend update the fixture library of his TT and after he is getting this message "DONGLE NOT FOUND ". Any idea how to fix that ?

Best option would be to contact support [at] avolites.com. They will probably need the serial number and software version. Ideally also send a link to the log files which you can save from the console using Log Collector from the Additional Programs menu.
