Expert Pro, Total freeze during show

I have a lot of problems with different expert pro desks. the table crashes during showtime, one of them, happend twice, is a total freeze up and after panel reset, no dmx output, so had to do a hard reset. second one, also during show, total freeze up of the desk, after pressing the panel reset button, it's resets the desk and still a total freeze up. talking about not only the dmx output, but the whole desk.

and... many times when you want to load another showfile or trying to save a show, the lcd screen get bugged. only the left corner of the screen is still normal, the rest of it is blue without any of the normal information. This happens sometimes when you hit the Disk button.

when I call the local dealer... they never heard of this problem before, maybe anyone knows what to do to make the desk reliable again?

both desks runs on V9,1 and are purchased december 2015. brand new!

I don't want to detract in any way from Gregory's advice which is undoubtedly the best thing you can do, but for yourself or anyone else that might read this I have seen the LCD issue before but never experienced total hang. While certainly annoying, the LCD issue does not affect any other operation and can be fixed with a software restart. I don't believe it is related to the freezing issue. As an aside I also came to the conclusion this was related to the disk menu or load show function but on demand I could never repeat it. It is entirely possible that service understand this problem too and maybe have a fix though.

so, avolites and my local dealer is not answering my messages and phone calls... but the errors what I've found in the log collector are:
