Pearl Tiger 2008 Error

I have a Pearl Tiger to use for a couple of weeks on an upcoming job and I'm having an issue.

I don't have a lot of experience with the Pearl or Tiger consoles, so maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm getting an error when trying to save a show, and load a show. I've tried to save to the internal storage, as well as a USB drive and I get the same error both ways.

When I save a show it seems to be saving but then returns an error saving it could not save the show. Even with this error, it does seem to be saving something as it creates a save show on the USB disk I'm using. However, if I try to load that show I get an error saying that the show can't be loaded and then the console acts strange (showing strange patch data). I have to turn the console off and then back on to get it back to normal, but the saving/loading still doesn't work.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Before someone states the obvious, I'd like to just say that this is the console I have to work with, I don't have the option of using a newer console.
