Hi all,
I recently updated my avolites Pearl Expert to newest titan version (not the on that was just release, but the one before that). I followed all instructions. Since it was the first time I updated to titan since a long time I had to request a license, which I did. I first installed the temporary license. Aftter a few days I received the full license file and I installed it.
This was a few months ago. This week I powered up the desk. And I requested again the license information. Of course I didn't had the license file with me, so I pretty screwed. However, digging through my mails I was able to locate the license file. I copied it to a USB sitck en tried again to installe the license, but it refuses to activate my desk.
Does anyone have an idea what is going on here? The desk was left unattended for a month, after the first boot it asks to relicense? Is that normal, how I can I resolve this?

Not normal but could be a few reasons why it might happen. The only thing I can think of is perhaps the date/time is wrong? Best thing to do is contact service.

Please make sure you have completed all the ECN's for your console type. You will find these in teh downloads section for your console type on our website. One of the ECNs addresses problems which could cause this. Failing that I suggest you get in touch with our support department.
