Showtec phantom 140 spot

Hi there,

I have the pearl 2004 desk. Now, i need the personality file R20 for the showtec phantom 140 spot. I have already requested it in the list.
And tried to make it in the personality builder. But I'm new in all this and can't figure it out how it works.
Can someone help me we this? I need the spots next week

A complete description of how to create a personality from start to finish here is not going to be practical. It is more suited to specific details.

Your request and the subsequent documentation has been received. This should be ready in the next few days. Note that when you submitted your request you should have received an email confirming receipt where it explains about timescale and to reply letting us know if you need it urgently, along with a date. In the future please include details about when you require a personality by in the notes when requesting or by replying to the confirmation mail.

Sorry, Next time I'll submit the date and the information needed. I couldn't find the manual online, so i submitted a picture with the specs of the spot.

Hello,

First I would like to thank you for your quick response and repairing the file of the Phantom spot 140. However I've send you a picture without all the information which is needed to fix the problem. In the picture the're 11 channels but the Phantom spot has 14 channels.
Therefore I've send a new request in the Request List of Avolites. Hopefully you can help me to fix this problem for me.
Also for other users/visitors of your website; again, the Phantom Spot 140 has 14 channels instead of 11....

I find it confusing that you sent the incorrect documentation. In order to complete your request I will require the correct information.

I couldn't find the manual online. So i send the request in an e-mail and attached a picture. By mistake, I attached the wrong picture, because the other dmx-channels were on the other side of the page. Sorry for that.
