SMPTE into Sapphire Touch

Ive got SMPTE TC plugged into a Sapphire but it doesnt seem to be reading it.

Is there a way of checking the signal is coming into the desk? Ive whacked a pair of headphones on and SMPTE is present on the cable.

Any advice?

It should be as simple as opening the Timecode window or menu and toggling the source option to SMPTE and the clock will show the current time it is receiving. Alternatively go to Tools > Control Panel > USB Expert Console then from the Connected Panels box on the left select Sapphire Smpte Panel 1 and the Timecode tab on the right will show what it is receiving. Check that all the panels are shown with a green icon and whether there are any firmware updates available by going to the Service tab.
