Lost show files/data

I'm struggling with my Pearl Expert at the moment, its running Titan V8. I've had problems with it not loading show files recently on start-up leaving me to select the latest saved file but today I went to it and there was no show files saved at all, no patch data, nothing. Has anyone else had problems with this or know of a bug that I'm missing? I've ran the health check and everything is ok. I'm stumped it as though someone has gone and performed a wipe all but also deleted the saved shows.

Failed to load show on startup suggests it has not shutdown correctly. But if you have saved shows to the internal drive and they are not there when you try to load then I wonder if the hard drive is failing. There will probably be clues to this in windows event viewer.

Hi. Our console also has the same problem, when I start the program it says "failed to load show", all the shows are still there though so you can just start the show you want. But still, the problem started just from nowwhere.
I shut down the program exactly the way I always have. Do you (or anyone else) know if there's something I can do about it?

It keeps happening. It wasn't a problem before.

My Titan Mobile hasn't loaded a show on start up for months... I always have to load from last save (which luckily I do before shutting down after each show).

Yesterday the show loaded as it should during startup.
Weird, it works sometimes and sometimes not.
Also have a Titan mobile.
