Expert unresponsive

I have a Pearl Expert running titan V6, so I can use the classic software. The other night I was running my show and the board locked up on me. It was still keeping the looks that I had up but was unresponsive to any fader changes or button presses. I had to hit the reset button on the back, to get any additional control out of it. This happened a few more times in the 100 minutes of the show. I opened the Usb expert console in the start menu and when it would freeze, it would say there was a break in the usb pipeline, or something like that. I have had some problems with this console in the past, with the front panel resting and the lcd screen getting jumbled. (it was one of the early experts that came out before the software was switched over to the titan software) Because of this I had some logs created. The problem has gone from an annoyance, occasionally resting, to resetting more often, to now just locking up. I want to create a show on the titan side, but I am afraid that switching to the more complicated software will just bring more problems. If anyone knows what the heck is wrong with my console and can help me, I would be very grateful. I have not had a chance to fire it up in a couple of days, to see if it is still doing it, but I will let you know if I am still fighting with it.

This is almost certainly hardware so will be irrelevant which version software is running.

Really hard to say. Can you get this in to your local service? Could be something simple like a bad Usb cable or a fault on one of the hubs. Are there any clues in Windows Event Viewer?
