cuelist & manual crossfade

Postby hanman » 06 Oct 2014, 22:11

Hi!

When I trigger cues in cuelist with manual crossfader my cue labels (cue text in legend) is allways one cue behind....i tried different things (simple cues, complex cues, tracking off, tracking on....) and result is always same..
this is really enoying because I have to run 120 cues long show with manual crossfade and I really need cue text...how can I solve this problem....without right text I'm dead :(

it's titan v 8.0 and titan mobile console

Hi!

same problems since last post...
I upgraded console in 8.1 and It's still not working...Text label in cue list is always one behind, I also notice that shape effect is only working when crossfader or fader is somewhere between 1 an 9 (full up or full down), when I put it full down or full up it stops...if I change it to different fader mode, example GO button, it works fine...
This is really enyoing because I have 110 cues long show and with this problems console is useless for me...2 months ago I have to hire console from other manufacturer to run show and I don't want to do this again because I bought my console and I want to use it..
I send 2 e-mails to avolites and I didn't get the answers from nobody..
I started to doubt that I'm doing something wrong in my programming... if somebody is keen to help I can send him showfile to inspect what's wrong..

i really need help on this one..

regards

Hello,

Apologies I didn't reply sooner. Obviously this one has slipped through the net.

Go on manual crossfader will be fixed in the next version.

I can confirm the view synchronisation and snap back issues and have entered them into the system. Hopefully these can be resolved ASAP.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce the shape issue. If you can think of any other details or provide some steps to repeat then I will look into it further for you.

Hi!

Tnx for reply...

When do you plan to release next version....If not so soon, then I will have to hire other console for my show I guess, because I have show in 14 days...

If I can suggest, maybe it's better to create master crossfader option in new version, so we can still control intesity of cue list with cue list fader...

but for now I would be extremly happy just to solve this issue.

if you can sent me your e-mail, I would send you my show file generated just for this and you will see..

Essentially this is known. When I submitted the whole mess back in version 8 times I was told that the urgent thing, e.g. jumping across cues, can be fixed to v9, while the display issue lies somewhat deeper, and takes longer to fix. It's one of the things on my checklist once it comes to the next version.
