"Session Connection Failed" Help me!!!

Hi everyone
My Console: Pearl Expert Pro was up to software version 8.1
Sometime, it appears the fault: "Session Connection Failed" at the shows and i do not how to do. It is a big trouble if in running show.
Can someone help me to solve this problem?

The best thing to do would be to contact the Avolites service department by email: repairs [at] avolites.com. It would be useful if you could send them a copy of the log files from the console by using Log Collector from the Additional Programs menu.
