Set Label Fixture pages or other workspaces

Hello, it's my first post here. I'm Eliot and i'm French.

I have a Pearl Expert with Titan V8.1 and i search a mean to change labels of fixture or other Workspace pages.
I have try the most logical method : button "set label" but don't work for workspaces pages (he work perfectly whith other thing : roller pages, playback pages, cues, palettes ..etc), Why??

I know it's possible, exemple on "Avo démo show" on fixture pages.

Maybe it's really simple but i don't understand how.
