Yes, but what shape are you trying to make in particular? It's hard to think of many beyond the default ones.

ovals, stars, triangles, a straight line that starts at one point, turns off the shutter, moves back to the start of said line, and repeats it, i dunno, i'm just looking for anything and everything, i wanna go crazy and have as much fun possible

The best thing to do with the SG.DAT file is to have a look at it and have a little play around. Its farily easy to understand, just have a good look at the data and the name of a shape and it'll make sense.

Let me know how you get on, if your shapes are any good and might be useful I could even add them to the SG.DAT file 8)

Tnx Ed. I completely forgot to come back to this one after the shock of reading the request! But I was going to say the same thing.

Personally I can't see the use of 'stars' or 'triangles' etc.

The shutter/movement idea is nice but I can't see it being possible. Each shape is based on a pattern. Although you can apply the pattern to more than one attribute (with offsets etc) you can only use the one pattern for all. A pattern that turned something on and off (0/100%) would be different to one that created a nice gentle pan movement unfortunately.

For Oval I would simply overlay a pan and a tilt shape with identical speed but different size.
