dongle not found 8.0

buy a used one titan and the program does not recognize the Interfas. attempt to update with USB expert but still is not recognized by one titan v8. Please I need help.

Does the TitanOne appear in the connected panels list on the left hand side? If not, make sure the service is started by going to Tools > Acw Service > Start. If you can see the panel and it is up-to-date it will be shown with a green USB icon otherwise go to the Service tab on the right and select Update Now button.
