NO TX LIGHT ON PLEASE HELP

Hi guys, just purchased Titan One dongle and have downloaded the current version 8.0 but when I go to open it I get the Titan Logo then Health check saying software time limit expires 1 day, I have temporary licence which I have just got to get it up and running, the control panel works but I have no TX light on only the RX ? do I have to activate the dongle from Usb expert in boot mode to get it working ? I thought you would just open the titan One program and the dongle would activate straight away...

Please ensure that you have assigned TitanOne in DMX Output Settings and have some fixtures patched on that line. After doing this, if it is still not outputting then restart the software.
