Tiger Touch V7.0 / 8.0 Problem

Hi all
last week my Tiger Touch powered off instantly during programming.
When i tried to turn it on, windows started but Titan had some problem and doesn't start.
So i re-installed Titan 3 and i made show with any problem.

Now i'm trying to upgrade with full erase and some Titan recovery, from 6.0 to 8.0
and i have some different problem:

1. With Titan 6 recovery - No problem
2. With Titan 7 recovery, or Upgrade - Titan starts but the USB expert doesn't work properly, it told me that i have some driver problem (i tried to install v7 too many times but problems remain, plus normally i have wdapi1100.dll when titan is working), No possibility to use all of my panel. The "Files" MENU on top left doesn't work properly, it is sometimes blocked and i have to push menu constantly too many times.
3. With Titan 8 updated from 7, same problems.

?!

Ok so, I'm thinking that cannot be a V8 bug problem i had same difficult with V7.
Bios was updated, also the firmware of OCZ SSD Series2.

Any suggest?

I think you should contact service about this.

The bit about powering off instantly concerns me. It could just have been a local power issue but otherwise it would suggest a hardware fault.

Having to press repeatedly on the tools menu for it to work also makes me wonder if there is a hard drive issue. Ideally you need to look at the logs in windows event viewer but this might be difficult in this situation. Is the drive activity light on a lot? This would be a clue.

sure,
with Titan v6 all works perfectly,
also with titan v3.

Problems appears from V7.0

.. this is why i can't understand why
