Titan mobile remote

hello .I recently upgraded it to titan mobile software to v8.0 and upgraded both of my mobile device it's my iPhone and the dell venue 7 that I would use for remotes . now the iphone works just fine and always has but the Dell venue 7 never worked in the previous version before v8 would crash upon opening the app. now in the new version v8 it opens but doesn't see the Titan mobile , it sees unknown device . and I select the unknown device it tries to upload and just has a red the bar at the top that reads connecting to unknown device but never does. i've checked the IP address and they're all within one of each other . I have tried to different networks .one being a close network. is there anything that I missing or I can do to fix this ? please help

I would like to add a post to this topic with my findings.

I am using a samsung S3 or S4 mobile smartphone to connect to avolites Tiger Touch.
The app for android had an update last month and since then, I was not able to connect to my tiger touch desk anymore.
It appeared on the screen on my mobile phones as an unkown device.
Titan version 7.4 is installed on our desk.

Next thing I did was try to connect to the laptop with the avolites titan software suite (version 7.5) installed.
The same problem occured that I was not able to open the connection with the remote app to my laptop with the avolites tiger touch simulator running,
(which was running fine before the upgrade of the android app).

I upgraded the software suite on my laptop towards version 8 that was released 3 weaks ago and noticed that it did not solve this issue.
I would like to ask if someone has a solution for this problem, since I am using the app often for creating my positions.

The problem seems to be in the version 8 app for android
Or can someone provide me an installer (.APK file) for the earlier app (version 7.5)
