USB Upgrade for Boris 3

Hey, I've got a problem.

Recently, we purchased an USB upgrade for Boris 3 for our Pearl 2004. http://www.jgs.sk/?kod=AV%2032-02-9018 It comes with a manual for installation, so we followed it. We did everything that has to be done, but the USB port is not working. In manual its written, that the avocache USB stick have to be always plugged in. The board got power, i can see that because the Led is turned on. But the led on Avocache usb stick does nothing.

Is is necessary to flash the BIOS, or some kind of AVOS upgrade?

I have never done this but I would imagine it does need a software update that adds the Usb functionality. I recommend contacting the London service department who I'm sure will be able to give you a quick answer. Either phone or email Lee at repairs <at> avolites <dot> com.
