Hi,
I have just updated to software version 7.5
Whenever I open up Titan One Mobile, I agree to the T&Cs and the next window I get is "Dongle not found! Please ensure dongle is inserted." (It is plugged in and ready to go)
Software was working fine until the update.
I have ensured all drivers are updated from reading previous topics. none of the solutions I found there have helped so far.
Thanks,
Rich.

Re: Titan One Dongle not found!
Did you update the firmware of the T1 ?
launch the USBexpert and see if it has been updated .

Re: Titan One Dongle not found!
I have updated the Avolites PC suite to v7.5

I can't find anything on the site that is specifically a Titan One Driver, USB expert needs a 'hex' file? The drivers in device manager say they are up to date.

Re: Titan One Dongle not found!
If you run the USBexpert it will say if you need the firmware update and should have the files already to do so .
The firmware was my best guess..
If that is up to date then I'm out of ideas myself hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along soon .

With the TitanOne in boot mode it will not be recognised by the software so it will either say Dongle Not Found or ask you to license the software for Offline Titan Simulator use. To get it out of boot, open USB Expert Console and switch to the Service tab, at the bottom click on the button Exit Boot. If this has no effect then press the Program button above and select the file titan_one.bin from the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Avolites\UsbExpert\Panel Software.
Re: Titan One Dongle not found!
Uninstalling and re-installing the software, and I will give this a go.
Fingers crossed, thanks for your help
