Help needed TM

Hi
I tried to start my TM program ( 7.2) with TM plugged as usual but nothing appened , I started titan one software and work fine with my TM
I tried to reinstall but no better result ?

got a show tomorrow and really need it

do the LED's on the mobile cycle thru when you first plug it in to the computer ? ( with the computer on of course)


if not bad USB cable or bad usb port on the computer... or like i had .. the USB port in my mobile had bad solder joints i had to crack it open and re solder the usb connector.
